Well, I have just finished "Training for Maximal Size". I am very happy with the results that I achieved both in size and in strength. During the 12 weeks I put on 8 more pounds. I am now up to 143 (which is quite a jump from 129 which is where I was in January). I have also been able to see my muscles growing from week to week (my wife has noticed too). The thing I was most pleased about was an increase in strength. My max deadlift went up from a measely 140 lbs. to 200 lbs., and my squat went from 120 to 190. I obviously still have a long way to go, but I am happy to report that my hard work has been paying off. I did the program 6 days/week, although I backed off on the 3rd phase a bit because of increased intensity and an increase in the business of my personal life. I am now taken a week off, and will start Scrawny to Brawny next week.

BU,
Nice work and thanks for the update. It serves as a motivation for others. And, nice increases on your lifts. That is the real proof of your progress.
