Hey bro! How's it going? Actually, I don't post as much as some these post whores (just kidding guys!!!) or as much as I once did over at MH. I suppose I'm a reforming post whore. You know, 12-steps and all. But, I mostly hang out over here and LEARN instead of post crapola like I used to do at MH. There's a higher caliber of posters here, and I'm humbled in their presence.

About vuduchyld...I received an email from him a few weeks ago. He seemed to be doing well. Life was hectic for him. I didn't get that much more from him though. Reminds me that I need to email him again and catch up.

I'm not worried. MH took down HGM, so you are among the last remnants of that old religion. We may have to call you: No Iron Manual: Rest On Your Duff....or NIMROD, for short.

Well, i got my MH account to work, but I have to say that at first it intrigued me(the new layout/forums) but im really not a fan of it....
JP's got a golden forum going here with knowledgable/helpful posters, and a very interactive/friendly/organized layout. Props to JP and all the others who keep these forums up and running.

You just need to widen your interests...the multi sport racing and mountain bike forums are a good place to spent some time...OBD would love the company.

Yep, after about 10 years of lifting and 3 of posting at MH I've finally "graduated" to the college level of fitness boards - JPFITNESS.
