hi,
I'm kind of burned out and since I have only 2 workouts left (upper and lower body), I'm not sure what to do. Should I start my week off now or next week and still work out?

8 workouts left... I say suck it up and do them. Try to get some quality energy in you. Eat some fruit, lots of fluids and power through it. The rest week will be that much better knowing you did the complete program.

Is it mental burnout or true physical burnout?

physical, my muscles still aren't fully recovered from the first time I worked out this week. Well actually at this time, I feel fine..
Anyway, I'll guess I'll do them.
Thx newlife!
