Hey guys, I am doing the home grown workout series, currently still in phase 1. I am having pain in my knee (causes from my patellofemoral syndrome) when doing lunges. What would be a good alternative to them? I am already going squats and deadlifts, won't don't seem to bother my knee. I was thinking maybe bulgarian split squats....what do you think? Many thanks!
