Hello, recently I noticed my shoulders have a slight internal rotation. This is probably due to the the face that thefirst year or so I worked out I didn't have any balance between chest/back movements.

With that said I was looking to incorporate movements as supplementary work in a routine I am doing to help correct this problem and was wondering what you guys thought where the best exersises to address this imbalance?

Thanks!

Look in the injuries and rehab section...there is some information on shoulder injuries and Bill Hartman has posted some good prehab stuff there.....
