Thumbs up

Hey guys it is me. JP you sure have converted alot of the MH regulars over hear. Anyways I got shot in the leg with a 9mm while getting robbed back in 1999. I have noticed that my right calf is not as big or as difined as my left. Anybody know anyway to fix this or do you think it might be a lost cause?

Try to do a lot of training that isolates your sides, but are still compound movments - that way it's easier to make sure both legs are doing the same amount of work. Work your weakest leg first in the routine and first in the week until it catches up with the other one.

If you are really obsessed with symmetry you could always "pop a cap" in your other calf to even things up!

I think one of the fastest ways to get your calves beefed up is to either do some mountain trail hiking (if available), running lots of stairs, or go running on a sandy beach. Given the level of your injury though I wouldn't beat yourself up too badly for having a smaller calf.
