I am almost 16 and weight 195 bench 230max (rep 205)and have been lifting for almost a year. I have seen great progress but want to trim some fat in the stomach and some in the chest. My desire is to lose 10-15 lbs while also reataining and building upon the muscle i already have. I was wondering if a healthier diet and whey protein shakes would be a good route to achieve my goal. If i go on a diet, will i lose my muscles (biceps mainly cuz i like them hahah)? Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreiciated, thanks

check out ripped, rugged & dense 2.0 by joel marion on rugged.com. i found it good for cutting & keeping muscle. joel marion actually has another routine over there with a 5-4-2-4-5 rep scheme. never tried that one though. personally i have better results with these low rep workouts, but everyone is different. pre & post workouts shakes will help.
