The Gym I go to at work will be closed for a month and a half. I have some dumbells at home and a cycle. Currently I am 123 pounds at 5'5''. I do weight training 3 times a week and if the ONLY treadmill in the gym is functional( which is not more often) HIIT 2 times a week. With the Gym being non-operational the only choices I am left with is the cycle and dumbbells at home. These dumbbells I used when I first started doing weights. So these are of much lower weight than what I do now.

Will it be possible to maintain the same weight and lean body mass if I discontinue for 6 weeks. If so how? What will be some good alternatives to what I am doing currently? Do I need to make some adjustments in the diet while I am not exercising?

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Here's a link to a program Death by Body Weight
This should help you. Also remember just because you're not working out you still need to eat clean. Good luck.
