Hope no-one minds me posting these, for a lot of the guys who have been around a while they're probably old news, but I figure theres others like me who would be reading this stuff for the first time.
This article is by Ian King and is the best I've seen at explaining simply in layman terms how the muscles around the hips/pelvis affect the common lowerback/leg injuries and what needs to be done to minimise them.
