I have a question about my work out that some feedback would be great.
I have a 4 day a week routine Mon/Thurs, Tues/Fri. For instance Mon/Thurs is chest/shoulders, but I do different excercised each day I.E. I'll do barbell bench and Incline bench Monday, and dumbell bench and decline dumbell bench Thurs. My question is, is this a good idea, or should I do the same things Mon/Thurs for say 3 weeks, then change? I've read different things, different places. Thought I'd throw it out here and see what I get.
