I'm looking to make a new routine to train for basketball/baseball. I've been reading stuff on the internet about different things you can add to your running, but haven't had much luck about strength training lifts. I was wondering if you guys had any ideas. Thanks a lot.

1) wait for my hand to heal (almost there)
2) find a new routine to do!!!
