Why would you want to do this? Are your daily workouts not cutting it? Are you trying to build GPP?

One strategy you could use is splitting your daily workout between an AM and PM workout. I don't know about body weight + free weight training, but I'm assuming by body weight you mean lower weight higher rep exercises.

GPP is General Physical Preparedness and describes your general fitness level. It's sister is Specific Physical Preparedness. If your goal is powerlifting, you lifts are your measure of SPP, while dragging a sled for 100s of feet is a measure of GPP. It is believed by many that you must build a good amount of GPP to be a base for SPP.

So, one thing you could do if you're bored is lift during one part of the day (your normal workout) and then add some general exercise into your week such as carrying bags of sand, mowing the lawn, running, swimming, etc. As you get better at the general exercise (each month) increase the amount of GPP exercise you're doing by a few %.

If you're bored, get a job or pick up another hobby!
