I already have:

Squats
Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows
Bench Press
Dips
Military Press
Leg Curls

I know I'm missing some major exercises, that's why I'm asking you guys for help.

thanks in advance for all your help.

I would drop the leg curls and add Stiff leg deads or Good mornings. I would also add pull-ups or chin-ups to the list. These will help with your back and arms.

Please note, I have no idea if these would help improve performance for baseball or basketball.

I think some sort of plyometric routine would help you prepare for those sports. Do a google search and post any routine you think you might like, then some of the more experienced posters might be able to provide some recommendations.

Hope this helps.
