I noticed that your standard 3-day split(on your site) is training each muscle 1x a week...

Do you find that 1x a week is better to allow proper rest or training the muscle 2x or more a week....

I realize that total volume comes into play, but would you think there is a limit to how many sets a person(natural) could or should do? per bodypart and or per day?
