I thought it would be interesting for everyone to post their weekly routine. I noticed that most/all of the topics are asking suggestions about routines, so why not make just one long list here and post what you like/dislike about the routine. Mine is as follows:

Monday - Chest/Arms
(All the following are 3 sets 10-8-6 reps)
Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Decline Bench
Dumbell Flies/Cable Crossover
Barbell Curls/Incline curls
Concentration Curls/Hammer Curls
Tricep Pulldown
Dips

Wednesday - Shoulders/Back
(All the following are 3 sets 7-6-5 reps)
Shoulder Press (dumbell or barbell)
Upright Rows
Lateral Raises
Lat Pulldowns
T-Bar
Seated Rows
Pullups

Friday - Chest/Arms
Same as Monday with maybe a few differences such as all dumbells rather than barbells or vice versa. All the excercises are 3 sets 12-11-10 reps)

Saturday - Legs/Abs/Cardio
(All the following are 3 sets 10-8-6 reps)
Squats
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Calve Raises
Lunges
Ab Workout (Depending on Mood)
Run

The following week I would do shoulders/back monday and friday with chest/arms being done on Wednesday. I alternate each week to total 6 workouts a month on each type.

That is my workout with Tuesdays and Thursdays including some running and abs if I have the time, Sundays are my always off day.

I have seen a lot of strength gain from this routine as well as a good physique. I am trying to add a little more muscle right now but I am trying to do it with the routine rather than including the whole bulking diet as well. Dont know if it'll work but I'm trying.

Everyone post your routines here and feel free to comment on mine if you'd like. In fact, I'd appreciate it.
