Ok, i'll criticize the workouts according to the principles of HST.

Doing Squat & Deadlift on every other workouts will kill ur back.
Do Dip & 10-degree Incline Bench Press instead of doing a Bench Press & an Incline Bench Press.
Do Pull-up/Chin-up instead of doing a Lat Pull-down.

There're some workouts in urs that're really not necessary for HST, too.

I disagree with the Squat and Deadlift killing your back. It depends on the person. I did squats, regular deads, and stiff legged deads in my last HST cycle every workout and made the best gains I ever have. Not saying that's gonna work for everyone but it worked for me.

Well, some people can tweak the workouts to suit them better . I only stated what Bryan Haycock said about doing Squat & Deadlift on every workout. He said that by the time u reached the 5's, it'd be hard on ur back. Of course, if it's fine for u, then tweak it . It was also fine for me to do Squat & SLDL on every other workout too when i did my HST . But it sure was rough when i started to lift more than 1.5 times my body weight for my Squat & Deadlift.
