Wink

OK, I'll join the 80 billion joe shmoes out there with their own website. Actually, this is a side project from my faculty website that I built for my courses/students.

So I made a fitness/nutrition site where I could put my recipes, etc., without having to track them down across various forums.

Anyway, here it is:
http://people.smu.edu/jowillia/

I plan to update it weekly with new recipes.

Let me know what you think!

Hi Erowan! Good to see you here.

I'll leave all of the political stuff on the MH Forums

Hey John... Great site. Actually, I thought it had been up for a while, because I have visited there several times before this posting. Feel free to promote it in here all you like. I should email some photos to you of your visit to LR when we were all getting smashed on that riverboat deck!

Hi JP - You bet I'd like to see those pics from last year. Good times

By the way, I took some update pics just the other day, although with a crappy web cam. Here's how they look compared to last year:

Unhappy

To think that I used to like you! Then you have to go ruin it all by being a totally bad-ass ripped-up mo-fo!

Just more fuel for my fire John... I am on a mission now. In one month I want to be able to take off my shirt in public again!

You're looking great. I don't know that you can improve any more on what you have accomplished. I'd say you give Brad Pitt (in his latest movie, Troy) a run for his money! Props to you!

Thanks JP This is nothing compared to Achilles, but I'll take the compliment! (btw, Brad Pitt does deserve Props for getting into incredible shape for that role)

With your training experience, I'm sure it will be less than a month before you're right where you want to be. From what I remember on my trip to Little Rock last year, you have a huge frame of muscle to work with.
