Hey guys, my 14 year old brother just started working out, but my mom doesn't want him to lift heavy weights. She's afraid it'll stunt his growth (though i've heard this is just a myth).

Regardless, he's not gonna be able to train with heavy (or really even moderate) weights. She doesn't want him to bench press, squat w/ weight, or any of that good stuff.

What are some excercises my brother can do with body weights to help get himself in shape. They can be concentric movements or isometric ones. I think the "Death by Bodyweight" routine on t-mag is a little to hardcore for him, so some basic excercises would be better.

Thanks in advance, guys!
