Now that i have your attention, i have a question. Does it affect you negatively, positevely, or not at all if you workout in succesion the same muscles(i.e. a 5-day total workout) or is it better to rest a day and let the muscle recover. Basicaly, if you keep working the muscle before letting it recover does it still build?

Didn't you answer your own question? Of course not! You're not letting it "recover" therefore it won't "recover" and "build" [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'm sure you might see minor gains, but its definately not the right way to go about things.

Haha. That was pretty funny.

I agree. Working the same group everyday is not giving you nearly enough time to recover. Your muscles become larger and stronger outside of the gym, not in it. You need time to recover. 48 hours is the minimum amount of time needed to recover (scientifically speaking, that is).
