For those of you who don't know, John Berardi will be giving a seminar June 12th at Spectrum Conditioning Systems (Mike Mejia's facility)in NYC.(Long Island.) It's an all day event from 9-5 pm. Early registration fee is $85. John will talk about his nutrition system, body composition, as well as health and hormones, and digestive health.

Maybe if I have a good month I will hit the next one. Maybe I should HOST one at my facility! That's a novel concept.
