You do workout A one day the next day you do workout B rest a day or two and then do workout C then the next day do workout D? Do you add weight after every set or do you wait until the next time you do that workout to add weight? How long did it take to complete one workout? Sorry for all of the questions but I want to make sure I do this right.

I did the workouts on the days you said - i.e. Workout A, Workout B, rest a day, Workout C and Workout D, then rest the weekend and start again with Workout A.

I did 8 sets of 3 reps with the same weight - I added weight the next workout, and did 8 sets of 3 with that weight.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for clearing that up for me. How long did it take to complete one workout?

If memory serves, because of the short rest periods and low rep ranges, none of them took longer than 30 minutes (excluding warmup).
