Hey Guys
Do you know what is one of the worst things associated with PSG? Yr clothing (certain shirts, jackets) seems to pull foward( bec of yr shoulder position). Anyway, does anyone have tips for me on correcting this? I am using moderate weight with about 8 reps. I use the menshealth method for seated rows, only puling my arms foward. My upper torso does not move much. How long would it take to see some correction?

Thanks
Ashley

If you have access, take pictures from the front, back and sides without a shirt on every week or so. It will be the best way to see progress.

What sucks more is when you can't do any pressing movements without intense pain in the shoulder. But yeah the clothes thing would be annoying.

What is your whole routine for fixing it?
