JP, Just wanted to say thanks for thinking about me. I saw your post at MH, a little late I might add. But I did post to it , but my server over there is down(????? that's what it says) so I couldn't tell if you saw it or responded to it. Anyway, as I said over there, my DR. said I can go back to work on the 12th of May so I'm excited about that. Also, he put me on resistance training therapy but the funny thing is that everything they are telling me to do,

Sorry about that. Anyway everything that they are telling me to do I was already doing at home thanks to your advice at the retreat. Also, he said I could resume my training routine with the exception of overhead stuff. ( I promise to go slow and steady - You teach me well Master)
Anyway that's about it, sorry I didn't get back to you right away but even us crippled up folks get busy every once in a while. Hope that everything with Erica's pregnancy is going well and that Julian and Sofie are good.

Hey Buster! That's great news! I'm happy to hear that your doc's pleased with your recovery thus far. Don't sweat the overhead stuff. My doc told me the same thing, too. But, like I've told you before, patience will win out and you will get it all back.

BTW, it was great to finally meet you at the fitness retreat. One thing I didn't really know until just now, though. Your post stats state that you're located in Greenwood, SC. Funny thing, that's where my dad and brother both live. What a small world!
