In this thread you will find ALL of the best posted swiss ball exercises linked in here.

http://www.jeanpaul.com/ubb/cgi-bin/...c;f=2;t=000143 <--Well, on this one I am not on a ball, but it is a great exercise nonetheless.

Some of these are advanced. Read all my warnings please. Attempt at your own risk if you just happen to like the way a shattered tailbone feels. I can teach you directly if you come here. I have a few more that I have not yet photographed.

Talking

it would be funny if you posted this on t-mag in a new post, start some more controversy!

Interesting thing is that some guy posted himself carrying 250 pound boulders along the wet slippery bed of the pouder river...he didnt get a single negative comment. Narrow minded and threatened is how i would describe the negative reactions.

Hey Matt,
I just read about that over there on another post. I have not see the actual post itself, but now I am going to go look for it.

Yeah, I don't think I will be posting this up on T-mag anytime soon!

You started quite a thread over there! 126 replies so far!! By the way I got my swiss ball last week and love it. Have actually done some body squats so far! Kneeling or standing on it is sooo hard.

Red face

whew, I just got finished reading the post over on T-Mag and it almost gave me a headache....I'm not a member but I had to read it. I've never witnessed so many closed minded individuals in one place....I have to give props to all of our members backing up JP. Where I work probably over 60-70% of our members are middle age and up, and most are Tennis players....balance and stability play a great role. Also I want to add that in the 55 and up age group balance is very important....The swiss ball plays a large role.
