Just went to efitness.com to check it out and was NOT impressed. After filling out the information accurately, their little website program determined that I am 30 pounds overweight (I never indicated weight loss as a goal either). I am 195 with a 32 inch waist, and I have pretty low bodyfat. The biggest insult was this... they ask for your fitness level and knowledge level, which, given my background I can safely say is advanced. Then, after telling me I'm a fat ass it insults with me with a prescribed workout.... Here it is:

Decline Push Up
Double Crunch
Dumbell Decline Chest Fly
Dumbell Side Bends
Chin Up
Cable High Row
Cable Calf Raise
Cable Chest Press
Barbell Front Squat

Yep, that's it. Not a word about how many days to do this, anything. Incidentally, the only goal I listed was the wish to increase flexibility. To add insult to injury they want me to learn proper form from these crappy animations:

Front squat

Cable front chest press

I could go on but I think you get the point. If you EVER want to learn proper form from an animated gif, just go to ExRx.net... that site rocks! For photos of proper form I have quite a few, and T-mag has a bunch as well. These horrid CGI robots will just confuse you if you don't know any better.

I gotta agree that that site sucks. I have been there once or twice and decided never to go back. I would be curious as to why you went over there and why you seemed to have such high hopes?

Honestly Ryan, that is what really scares me about this. Newbs need a REAL demonstration of good form. NOT this crap! If I were new and didn't know what the heck I was doing, these bad animations would only either confuse me or lead me to getting seriously injured. Like that front squat anim. Look at his center of gravity at the bottom. A newb trying this for the first time based on what they see here would bust their ass!
