Default Looking for upper body routines

I've been doing the NROL programs, and was currently doing Fat Loss III, but today I injured my knee falling on some stairs (apparently an MCL injury). So I need to take a break from squats, deadlifts, BSS, step-ups, and the like. I also can't run or bike. But I'm thinking that I could probably do some upper body workouts. I could put together some random exercises like bench press, pull-downs, pullups/chinups, and supported rows, but I was wondering if there are some NROL-like upper body programs or other canned upper body programs available since I have no clue how to write an effective routine.

Upper body only routines will be relegated to bodybuilder style arm day, chest day, etc. You'd be better off doing NROL and just skipping or substituting the things you can't do.

A moderate volume bodybuilder style routine with a strength component where he'd hit each upper body muscle group twice a week wouldn't be such a bad idea methinks.
