Default Core Performance

Has anyone used any of the Core Performance Books(specifically Core Performance Endurance)?? If so what have your experiences been?? (positive/negative).

I have done the regular core performance book. Personally I liked the book a lot, I like doing some sort of workout 6 days a week. I also could tell my core was stronger by the end of it

What he said. CP was the first program I did coming out of rehab for a blown hamstring. Probably the most solid all-around I've felt coming off a program as opposed to just stronger or better-conditioned.

Very positive. I'm sure the endurance version is just as well received.

Picked CP up 4.5 years ago and have been at that template ever since. I love the way you can change up the various modules by replacing them with whatever you need as you advance.

For example, I recently plugged in a conjugated style workout where the strength days are. For the energy system schedule I've returned to doing sprint type work (field). For the agility block I'm doing soccer style drills. For Prehab I'm doing a bunch of hip/shoulder stuff that I've picked up from articles by Cressey, Hartman and Robertson. I've recently started swimming for the recovery days.

Anyways, a great template with enough variety to keep me engaged and challenged.

Excellent for general fitness/performance.

I found the programming in the book valuable/helpful, and return to it on a regular basis. I think the web site offers free trial memberships. You can plug in your particulars and goals and it spits out daily programming that is, I think, somewhat different from the book, or can be more targeted than the book. That month (or more) or programming can be a nice enhancement or expansion upon the book.
