Yesterday I was doing some tricep pushdowns and lying tricep extensions with both hands. Today, I'm only feeling my right (dominant) tricep. Therefore I know it did most of the work. How do I ensure, as best as I can, that when I do something with both hands, I get equal lift from both hands. I know that in essence makes me as strong as my weakest arm, but I would like to fix the imbalance rather then increase it even more

Work with dumbbells to balance them out. You'll always have a dominant side when you're doing something with both hands, so you can just combine bb and db exercises to make sure both your muscles are as balanced as possible...

always start with the weak side first, and only do as many with your strong side. also when doing overhead tricep extentions put your weak hand on the dumbell first. Also one that I do which is a real smoker is reverse grip push downs, its a bitch but man is it working!!
