hey everyone, im 21 yo male and im trying to gain weight, but loose the fat on my gut at the sametime. im a real skinny guy, but i have this layer of fat over my abs. they are totally there, but you cant see them at all. now i know to get rid of that i have to do cardio, but how can i possibly gain weight if im burning all those calories. im lifting lots and eating tons, my muscles are definitly gaining mass, but the fat on my stomach wont go anywhere. what do i do.

It is very difficult to lose fat and gain muslce at the same time...some will even say impossibile. You will get much better results if you concetrate on one goal at a time.
