4/5/6 Club
I was working toward that goal, but now with my mishap Monday night, I'm now back to working back up to 3/4/5 (well the 405x2 squat and 505DL part of the equation).
Anyone there yet?

Yeah, I'm in the 2/2/3 club. I think it's gonna be a while.

About 6 months ago i was in the 3/3/5 club (300 bench, 375 squat, 530 dead), but was never able to get my squat any higher. I've had some lower back issues so I'm not quite as strong right now.

My bench never was due to ongoing shoulder faggotry. Squat and DL were very close before I fell to pieces.
That may or may not change in the next year or two. Depends on how well my joints hold up.

I'm getting close to 300 bench, will hit it next year I think, been at 275 for a while. Don't think I'll ever hit 400 raw though, but I'll give it a good crack.
275/440/530ish as a guess, just not interested in maxing on raw deads.

I'm still pretty far away from the 2/3/4 club. As far as I'm concerned, these numbers are all just too big to not be made up.

I havn't made the cut for the 4/5/6 club yet.
I was getting really close to that 405lbs bench press then I tore my forearm doing a board press and lost a fair amount of progress. The week before I did this i hit a 405lbs press to a 1 board (just a 2x6) so i was close.
squat and dl have made the cutoff for years.
I think 4/5/6 is a decent accomplishment for anyone training for strength. Probably takes you to the strongest 1% of serious gym goers in all honesty.

I'd be interested to know what percentage of people doing 4/5/6 are less than 200 pounds.

Probably not many, though it'll depend on how much PL equipment you allow for.

the 5 and 6 squat and dead are alot easier than a 4 bench too! No doubt I will squat 500 raw and deadlfit 600 raw within the next 2 years, but may never bench 400 raw.
500 isn't much to squat with PL equipment.

Probably pretty few.
I know quite a few guys who can do 2 out of 3 lifts that are under 200lbs, but getting all 3 is much harder. I know when i was 200lbs I could get the squat and deadlift, but the bench would crush me for sure.

If you allow gear, the squat and bench numbers can be achieved by almost any male with a few years of training. A 500lbs squat in multiply gear is probably about a 315lbs squat raw (and maybe 365 singleply).
Sounds ridiculous, and it is.

Weight 185
Bench = 245
Squat = 385
Dead = 425
I'm pretty much satisfied with being a member of the 1,000 lb. club at my age.
