Default new kb exercise

Kb step-up with press, at least it is a new exercise for me. I tried 3 variations

Kb step-up with two kbs and then press (holding kbs in the same position you would use if you were performing a kb front squat)
kb step-up with one kb then press (little harder to balance)
kb step-up with press (2 kbs) but standing on one leg, the leg coming from the ground doesn't actually rest on the step or box

thanks,
Coach Hale

Thanks Coach. I've something like the first variation with dumbbells, but not the other two.

There is something to be said for holding KBs in the rack (front squat position). Either you relax into better thoracic mobility or your shoulders will be on fire.
