Or smart phone screens just keep getting better. Device conversion is what's happening and not the other way around. The last 10 books I've read have been on my iPhone using Stanza. I was skeptical until I started using it, but once I played with some of the Stanza text size settings I can read on it for hours without any eye strain. I can read it in bed and also don't need any external lighting.
