Kettlebell Training on TV and they got it right
I'm shocked that a TV show does a segment on exercise and actually showed something decent!
The Ice Chamber women are very good lifters and known in the girevoy sport world.
Anyone looking to see some good KB technique check it out.
Nice facility too.

She says it's the only facility in the bay area, but isn't that where John's place is?

Wow, Kettlebell sounds like a fantastic "sport." Where's a team that I can join?

Kettlebell is not a sport. Girevoy (or Kettlebell in Russian) Sport is the sport.
It's not a team sport, but I'm sure you can find a place to train with a "team."
