I'm 17 n i'm still experimenting w/ different programs. I want 2 try a superset program. Can any1 give me a good, intense superset program that works very well, it would really help me out.

Well, I'm supersetting right now but I'm also trying to cut weight.
What are you looking to do? If you're looking at trying to add size, supersets are not the way to go. They are taxing and almost to the point of being a cardio workout in addition to lifting workout.

I'll check back for your answer and then give you an idea of what to try.
