1 year and a great road of workouts. I learned and improved a lot. Was thinking about Scrawny to Brawny, cause I bought the book. Did the corrective tests, except the shoulder rotation, and I only have 2 things to work on. I am sure that HGM helped me balance out my weak points. I can now proudly say I have finished HGM.

Congrats, Mike. Welcome to the fraternity. Completing a yearlong program takes dedication and perseverance.

Again great job. See you on the next program.

Congrats! Very commendable job! I had 3 attempts at HGM my self, the furthest I made it was phase 4 (while skipping phase 2)

A few years back, Fishrcutb8 dubbed me the "Iron Manual Lord of Destruction" because of my enthusiasm for this program. It's great to hear that guys are still using Mike's routine. One of the best IMO. You are an official HomeGrown Iron Man.

Not a lot. Went from 185 to 190 but mybodycomp said overall I gained 10lbs muscle and lost 5lbs fat. Looking at before and after pics, I have bigger chest, back and legs.

Exactamundo! Adam wrote the articles and Mike Mejia did the routines.

Great program.
