Fat Burning, which would be a cutting phase would rest alot on Diet and eating at a caloric deficit. Particular work outs are listed:

Search for one that is known to be a cutting program. HGM phase 1 is very well suited for that and I'm hearing outstanding results from RR&D 2.0 for lowering body fat. Im starting RR&D this sunday and can not wait! Best of Luck.

Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne, which can be found at www.turbulencetraining.com is what both myself and Cappicino have used. You can check out mine and her logs in the "Training Logs" section. I must say that it is an excellent program.

I'll second the TT workouts. I bought the Special Report for Fat Loss. It's great. A lot of variety keeps it interesting.

this is RR&D right? http://www.ruggedmag.com/index.php?type=Article&i=3&a=8

it looks really simple, two exercises a day and thats it?
How long should i stay on this if i were to do it?

and at the very end, where it says if you are motivated take day 5 off, does that mean to go on day 5 too? because it says that once he hit the gym 21 days in a row. so on day 5 i could do something again?

it means instead of taking an 'off day' on day 5, you could start the 4 day cycle all over again. I cant personally vouch for the program just yet, but im hearing enough, but TT is definately KNOWN to work, and work WELL! Look into that as well.

Keith, is TT for those who have at least a year of training? Also, can TT be done at home? Or is it more oriented towards gym goers? I only have a bench and weights, would the exercises require different machines?
