Default Sumo deadlifts..

Is there any reason not to substitute sumo dead lifts for regular dead lifts in a routine. I have come to prefer them over regular dead lifts. They just seem like a more naturall movement to me...

So if a routine calls for dead lifts is there any reason not to do sumo's instead???????

Cheers!!

Conventional deadlifts use more lower back while sumos use more hip strength.

I see no problem substituting them, but I think most people see the highest benefit by using both in their training (not necessarily even in the same training cycle).
