I am new to this board - and I am saying posting because I have been reading MH fitness board and this one for about two years now. Lots of good advice here!
here are my stats:
6' 1'' tall, 182 pounds, 35 years old. So far, put on a lot of muscle, lost a lot of weight but my abs still not there. Eat clean all the time and have 1 ON whey shake daily. I will try to be more active member from now on, maybe I can help somebody.
