A new to the area client approached me today with an interesting question. how do I find a workout partner?
here was my advice
-go to the gym at the same time everyday.
-you will start to see a common group of people.
-be social and communicate with these people
-eventually ask someone who you believe has similar goals.
does anyone else have any other ideas or advise. also, is it unethical for a trainer to set up workout partners for other people?
