Recently, the day after my lifts i have not been feeling alot of soreness in the areas i worked. Is this going to be a problem or is it natural?

BTW has anyone ever used Grow Classic MRP form biotest, i recently ordered some and i want everysone opinion on it.

Soreness is not a measurement to take, for a good workout.

I second what ][P3trarch said. Its mostly because your muscle adapt to the type of training stimulus your using. So vary your workout every 3 weeks. All it has to be is a different variation of grip or even more weight. Almost anything. Reverse order, ect.

Grow! is a good product but its not all in supplements, you probably already know that. Just eat like a monster and "unleash the beast" in the gym.
