One week to go - I've done one day of legs each week in addition to the SuperStrength program - a 5x5 on deadlifts, squats, or front squats, and three sets on lunges or bulgarian split squats.
On the SuperStrength program, my gains have been OK - I think they would have been better if I hadn't been so busy (stressed) with business, which tended to impair my concentration, which can be pretty important.
I may extend phase 4 for an additional 3 weeks or so, or go back and do phase 2 for 3 weeks or so - both are phases incorporating heavy lifting, and ending them after only three weeks made me feel that keeping at them a bit longer would result in a breakthrough.
Next up, I'm considering the Armstrong Pullup program for four weeks or so.
Any thoughts on extending SuperStrength? How about Armstrong as a program from those who've tried it?
