I would second HGM. I am getting good results. It is challenging, and most of the phase (except 1 & 6) are 4 weeks, so there is a lot of variety to keep it interesting. It also is almost a year long so you do not need to worry about the next program for a while.
One more thing, it is called Homegrown Muscle because you can do it at home with minimal equipment.
