Smile Growing out! Growing Up!

I have been training two days a week on a mixture of light weights and high reps and heavy weights to increase my muscle strength.

I have finally a muscle mass I feel comfortable with, the problem is I am only 5” 6, are there any exercises I can do to increase my height.

Thanks
Didsy

Sad to say, regardless of what you want or desire, you cannot change your genetics. You can only improve that which you have.

Doctors can break your legs periodically and separate them with metal brackets, allowing the bone to regrow together. Once they heal, they do it again. It's very painful, dangerous, and at best can get you an inch per year.

standing calf raises, first thing in the morning, 1 rep - hold at the top for 12-14 hours.

I don't get this, what the heck is the point of spamming like this? I love that the font looks like the whole passage was typed in a word document then pasted here.

This happy spammer has gone elsewhere to ask the same silly question!

I give her 10 more posts before the next spam with the answer appears. No doubt it'll be a link to t-nation.

I have always wanted to get taller too because I hate my height. I am 5'0. Now I hate my weight because I cant hit a homerun over the fence or any balls over the outfielders head in slowpitch. 110 pounds is not enough. I am working hard in the weightroom to increase my muscle strength because I know I cant get any taller or any bigger. I cant get bigger because I am not a guy and eating pasta and stuff all the time is not really putting any pounds on me.
