I'm an intermediate weight trainer. I workout three times a week, mostly cardio and abs, but the PT just isn't enough. I recently developed hypertension, and high chorlesterol, and I need to make some lifestyle changes. I need a good workout schedule. I'd like to lift moderately, not looking to be the hulk, but want to look tight. I'm not overweight, 69", 203. Anybody got a good weekly schedule.
