This looks cool!

GPP ASAP. by Chad Waterbury

In the article and Q&A, Chad recommended doing this instead of cardio, on off days, for intermediate and advanced folks only...

I alternate between windsprints and biking, with basketball thrown in from time to time.

Have you tried any of this Lost Dog? That Hybrid 2 where you start out lying on your back and end up jumping straight up with your arms overhead?

I can't get past the "sit up" portion of this. How do you get all the way up on your feet?

I did try them. Once...

They are really, really hard.

I can do the burpee/pullup one, but not for 180 seconds!

On the situp one you're talking about, I couldn't get up, either. I keep meaning to try it on grass or something softer, where I can really give it my all, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I can do the walking lunges, though. That's something!

I usually do wind sprints(or hills) or rowing(concept 2) if I have to do it inside.

I find a rowing machine works a lot better then most cardio machines for HIIT.

Guerrilla Cardio will kick your ass, but it's not for everyone.

Bipennate,

What do you do for your kickboxing routine?

I have a standing bag that I'd like to use more.

This was in a recent Men's Fitness. I can't find it on their site, but it's here: Charles Staley's Cardio Machismo
