Default Please help

I'm a model and have been told recently that to keep my job I need to tone up my body a lot. I'm 6ft1 and around 155. I'm very athletic and have played sports all my life but never regularly lifted weights. I need to build my arms, chest and back (a lot) and tone my stomach quickly, anyone know the best way to go?

To be quite honest, if you are a model, I am quite surprised that you do not regularly hit the gym. Much can be done, but little can be done "quickly."

Hire a pro! You can definitely get some advice from here on how to find a good one. But, if its at all possible, and its about your profession, then don't take chances. Get a good trainer.
