Are those things safe for your lower back?
I've been told by numerous people that I can injure myself doing them so I would like to know if this is true at all, and if it is, is there any way to do them and not put stress on your back?
Thanks

I can't think of how that would happen, there shouldn't be any strain on that area. i have a serious back problem but have never had any problem with them.
