Interesting article. The key is 'intensity.' This only works when people go all out, balls to the wall for the period of work time. How many do you see spend hours in the gym, but only end up with about 6 minutes of true intense work time?

Also, they need to factor in warm up time. If I stood up from my desk and broke into an all out sprint right now I can't count the number of pulled muscles I would have lol...
