Not that anyone cares but I figured I would post a short snippet on various things I have tried in the last little while.

PVL's Whey gourmet -

I tried the chocolate peanut butter and caramel dip flavors and both were absolutely fantastic. This product is a little pricy for a whey protein but when you are having a few servings of protein a day the change in flavors is welcome. Anyone looking to leave plain ole' chocolate and vanilla behind for a while should give these a try 4/5.

Touch Organic's Naturally Sweet Green Tea -

Many people have trouble getting down green tea w/o some honey. I have tried so many types of green tea and this one really shocked me. It is actually pretty damn sweet naturally and contains nothing but green tea. The taste will amaze you the first time you drink it, sort of reminds me a bit of stevia. If you are looking for a sweeter tea or if you are a honey+tea drinker looking for an alternative give this stuff a go. 5/5

Contrast Showers -

Started these a few weeks ago after heavy workouts and I must say they relax every muscle in my body. Stuff that I didnt even know was hurting felt better afterwards. My hammy's were so sore after box squats that I was damn near limping yet after one of these I was walking fine. 5/5

Foam Rollers -
6 dollars is how much one of these cost me. The first time you 'get your roal on' every place will scream with pain. After a while it gets to feel like a damn good massage and I think it has helped w/ my recovery. Either way it feels nice so I am giving it 4/5.

RubberMaid's Geforce Sport Bottle -
This is the best shaker bottle I have ever found. It is like a nalagene bottle but w/ a wider mouth for easier cleaning.(The mouth is closer in size to a protein shaker cup) It comes w/ a lifetime warranty against the leakage and it has yet to spit a drop out during my workouts. Only problem? Mine is purple 4/5

AllMax IsoFlex Protein -
Got a few samples and I must say this stuff is pretty damn bad. Neither the vanilla or the chocolate flavors popped out and it was pretty grainy even for an isolate. It also mixes very very thin. 2/5

PowerDrive from Biotest -
Tastes really good but felt absolutely nothing.
2/5

Uncle Bens Apple Cinnamon Green Tea -
I love apple cinnamon herbal teas(specifically celestials seasonings' and sir thomas limpton's) so I decided to give this brand a go. To put it simply this stuff tastes horrid. I would not feed it to a farm animal. 1/5

Goji Berries -
This one is a little bot of an odd ball. It is a berry that is supposedly super high in anti-oxidants and vitamins/minerals. I recently bought a bag from the health food store to give them a taste. I would describe the taste as a dried raisin and cranberry's love child. They also taste very medicinal but were an ok addition to stuff like yogurt. Overall not my fave fruit but they do taste healthy 3/5

Stash's Fusion Green and White Tea -
Pretty good tea for those w/ more refined/experience pallets. Novice tea drinkers would find it pretty earthy.
3/5

Elv8 Me! Protein Bars -
All natural ingredient protein bar consisting of nothing but fruit, whey protein isolate, and nuts. They taste pretty damn good and even have stuff like matcha mixed in to make them more healthy. Overall as close to 'real food' as any protein bar on the market has ever come. Still a little bit pricey though. 3/5

Thanks for taking the time to review all of these. I am personally eager to get my foam roller. Cappy ordered one for me so I want to start using it to break up some of the tightness in my hips/IT bands.

I used to be very tight in my hammys and had some external foot rotation. After working it every night w/ the roller for a few weeks and some stretching my external rotation is only about 1/4 what it once was. The lunges onto a box probably didnt hurt much either

Hey, thanks for the reviews...I always consider that one of the highlights of this board. Good, frank opinions are great; alot of the stuff out there is pure hype and has the taste of dung, (not that I'm an expert!). Thanks again for the helpful advice.

Thanks for the reviews CB. Just wondering, do you have a link to a site that I could buy that whey from....sounds really good.

Few other whey reviews:

Dorian Yates Pro-Peptide -
Awesome protein blend from an ingredient standpoint. Strawberry and Vanilla are very tasty but the chocolate is not all that great. This stuff mixes THICK though and clumps like no other. You will not get this stuff mixed well w/ just a shaker. It is so clumpy that it clumps in oats if you try to mix it in. Stuff is very filling though. 3/5

True Protein's Inhouse flavor systems -

Tried a few diff ones in custom mixes(BSL not available in canada yet) and all I can say is they are very weak and artifical tasting. If you order one of their flavors ask for double flavoring in the comment section on your order and I would also order some EXTRA flavoring aswell just incase it still isnt strong enough. 2/5

Dynamitize Butter Cream Toffee - OMG another protein flavor that rocks. This stuff is pretty darn cheap too which is just another added bonus. This stuff w/ oats is so good. Definitly a good balance of taste and cost. 5/5
