I just bought a free standing "Wave Bag" for boxing/kick boxing. Any ideas on where I might find a workout/routine?? I took boxing back in high school, but that was soooo long ago. I'm doing a "ABS" type workout 3 times a week. Recovering from tendonitis in the shoulder. I'm thinking to use the bag for some light cardio. Any help would be appreciated.

My best guess would be to get Chris C. in here and maybe he could give you some ideas. Personally, if that's ^^^ what you bought, i'd just go kung-fu on its ass until i burned out-hey i took karate for a couple years when i was younger

There's another website linked there called "warriorforce"
Has some great demo video clips on there too, for skipping as well.

Was that page written by a 5th grader? Punchbags are fun. Punchbags get punched. You have to punch the punchbag hard. Get a good night's sleep, stay in school, and don't do drugs.
